GENTLY adjust the back hooks of the grillz so that the molding bar fits tightly. 4. Boil water and place the silicon bar and grillz together into HOT water. 5. Wait about 15-20 seconds or until the bars become clear. 6. Take it out and firmly place the grillz onto your teeth, adjusting if necessary. 7. Hold for about 2 minutes by hand for the silicon bar to harden.
