To get the perfect mold for your grillz, follow these steps:

1. Gently bend the grillz to fit the shape of your mouth and teeth.
2. Insert the silicone fixing bar in between the back prongs of the grillz and gently adjust the back hooks so that the molding bar fits tightly.
3. Boil water and place the silicon bar and grillz together into hot water.
4. Wait about 15-20 seconds or until the bars become clear.
5. Firmly place the grillz onto your teeth and adjust if necessary.
6. Adjust as necessary, then wait about 2 minutes for the silicon bar to harden.
